You will coordinate senior staff, ensure SLA-compliant deliverables, and drive process improvements while supporting a broader financial reporting function in a dynamic funds environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting.
• Experience in funds management industry preferred and prior team management.
• Strong accounting and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Senior Financial Accountants to act as operational contact for a group of allocated clients and participate in client service reviews.
• Ensure that deliverables are delivered accurately and on time in accordance with SLA.
• Provide transitions support towards setting up new portfolios or restructures as per client instructions.
• Perform formal supervision and controlled self-assessment testing of procedures and deliverables with the risk management framework.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing operational risk within the business.
• Provide training and development to staff within the team and manage their development over time.
• Support the wider team at peak periods and act as operational cover for other staff, including other team managers.
