You will oversee BAU and administration of middle office services and act as Regional Oversight Lead for Australia, coordinating vendor oversight across regions.

Key responsibilities include regional trade support, ASIC reporting, collateral disputes, corporate actions, cash management, reconciliations, and risk oversight.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' experience in an Investment Operations/Fund Administration role.
• Broad understanding of middle office processes.
• Strong understanding of investment process to oversee portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional trade support, including trade execution, matching, and settlement.
• Oversee ASIC reporting processes.
• Coordinate cross-regional collateral disputes.
• Oversee corporate actions and elections communications.
• Manage cash management and transfer agency cash flows.
• Oversee reconciliations, break reporting, TMV reconciliations.
• Collaborate to ensure global process consistency and follow-the-sun model.
• Ensure oversight processes meet local requirements and reporting.
• Support professional development of Investment Operations team.
• Foster culture of care, collaboration, and dedication.
• Ensure the Investment Operations team manages risk effectively.
