Job summary

Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fund Operations Manager to provide BAU oversight and administration of Middle Office services. The role also serves as Regional Oversight Lead for Australia, coordinating and delivering vendor oversight across regions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Investment Operations or Fund Administration.
• Broad understanding of middle office processes.
• Strong knowledge of the investment process across portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across business units and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional Trade Support including execution, capture, matching and settlement.
• Oversee ASIC reporting processes.
• Communicate collateral disputes to other regions as required.
• Oversee corporate actions and coordination with investment teams for elections.
• Manage cash management and oversee transfer agency cash flows and time-sensitive cash flows.
• Oversee reconciliations and TMV reporting, with break resolution support.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent processes and a follow-the-sun support model.
