Job summary

Perpetual Group seeks a Fund Project and Compliance Manager to work with the RE Services team on fund governance, amendments and regulatory change projects across a diverse portfolio of managed funds.

You will coordinate climate reporting changes for Group 2 in-scope PCT funds and support broader fund compliance responsibilities, including TMD reviews and product governance information.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or a related discipline.
• At least three years of financial services experience.
• Experience with climate-related disclosures, DDO reviews or product governance information would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheme change assessments, amendments and transactions from planning through to implementation.
• Coordinate legal documentation, contract negotiations and board approvals.
• Manage delivery of climate reporting changes across in-scope PCT funds.
• Bring together climate risk assessments, data, disclosures and assurance activities.
• Plan quarterly DDO reviews and assess target markets and product governance information.
• Analyse product, complaints, mandate compliance, liquidity and stress testing information.
