Qualifications

• Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule customer jobs accurately.
• Respond to customers promptly and professionally via phone and email.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure jobs run smoothly.
• Follow up on deliveries and customer requests.
• Resolve customer queries and elevate issues when required.
• Enter and maintain accurate job and customer information.
• Assist with general administration and transport-related duties.
• Provide ongoing support to the operations team.
