Your Role as Supervisor

As our Full-Time Supervisor, you'll be a key support to the store leadership team, with a particular focus on our bar and beverage experience.

You'll be hands‑on behind the bar while also leading the team through busy service periods, making sure every drink and customer interaction reflects the quality and experience Koko Black is known for.

You'll:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, hot chocolates and specialty beverages
• Lead the bar during busy service periods, maintaining quality, speed and presentation
• Support and train team members to build their confidence and capability behind the bar
• Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer experiences
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and bar presentation
• Support day‑to‑day floor operations and step into a leadership role when required
• Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has barista experience and is confident working behind a busy bar
• Comes from a café, hospitality or premium customer service environment
• Thrives in the pace and energy of a busy service environment
• Has previous supervisory experience, or is a confident barista ready to take the next step into leadership
• Is passionate about quality, presentation and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership during a shift
• Is available to work full‑time across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
• And, of course... is just a little bit in love with chocolate
