Responsibilities

• Replenish stock using Z Office
• Liaising with brand Representatives
• Monitoring and controlling stock levels
• Ensuring the pharmacy is well merchandised
• Receiving, inspecting and storing new stock and deliveries
• Organising stock rotations and managing expiry dates
• Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations
• Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records and documentation
• Supporting the Pharmacy team with day-to-day operations
