Job summary

Meluca Recycling Pty Ltd in Drouin is seeking a reliable Skip Bin Booking Officer to join our busy waste and recycling team. You will handle bookings by phone, email and online inquiries, coordinate bin deliveries and collections, and assist customers with pricing and payment details.

Based in Gippsland with a Monday–Friday roster and occasional Saturday shifts, this role reports to the Operations Manager. We value organisation, customer focus, and a positive, sales-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Taking phone, email and online enquiries for skip bin bookings.
• Scheduling and coordinating bin deliveries, exchanges and collections with drivers.
• Providing customers with pricing, bin options and waste disposal information.
• Ensuring payment is received prior to delivery where required.
• Following up unpaid items, overfilled bins and additional charges.
• Handling difficult customer conversations professionally and working towards suitable outcomes.
• Communicating with drivers and yard staff to help keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Processing payments and completing associated administrative tasks.
