Site Manager – Commercial Construction Project – Lithgow NSW

Structen has an opportunity available for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for an immediate start on a 17-week commercial construction project in Lithgow, NSW.

Experience delivering commercial projects would be highly regarded, along with current First Aid and Working at Heights qualifications. If you’re local to Lithgow or the surrounding area — even better.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining program timelines, ensuring WHS compliance, and delivering a high-quality project outcome.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Current driver’s licence
• Good computer skills
• WHS training and understanding of site safety requirements

Highly Regarded:

• Previous Service Station construction experience
• Current First Aid certification
• Current Working at Heights certification

This is initially a contract position for this specific project; however, if you’re a great fit for our team and culture, there is strong potential for ongoing work on future upcoming projects.
