Job summary

POP MART in Sydney is seeking a Sales Associate to join our fast-paced global retail team. You will engage customers, upsell products and support stock replenishment to keep the store vibrant during peak trading periods.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing and passionate about pop culture. Flexible to work weekends and public holidays; Mandarin or additional languages are highly regarded but not essential, with a friendly, collaborative attitude and strong attention to detail.

Full-Time Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week
• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required
• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays
• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency
• As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events
• Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential
