The Salvation Army Australia, Cleveland Salvos Stores, is seeking two talented Sales Assistants to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and deliver an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community in Cleveland, QLD.

This permanent full-time role requires high energy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends across multiple locations within the retail area, with a commitment to our core values of integrity, respect,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding retail environment.

• High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations in the retail area.

About The Role

Cleveland Salvos Stores are seeking two talented, values-driven Sales Assistants to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. This is a permanent full-time role, located in Cleveland, QLD.

You Will Assist With

• Retail sales and operation of Point-of-Sale devices.
• Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store.
• Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate TSA core values in all work-related activities.

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales, while highly regarded, is not essential.
