My Community Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team serving the NSW Sydney East region. As a part-time RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly and disabled clients in their homes and community settings.

You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor health while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. AHPRA registration and 2+ years in community nursing are essential; drivers licence required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in community nursing or similar.
• Strong clinical skills in aged and disability care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred, compassionate care.
• Current driver's licence.
