Job summary

My Community Health on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality in-home and community care to elderly and disabled clients.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, monitor health, and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to promote independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a community nursing or similar role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of aged and disability care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to person-centred, compassionate care.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive nursing care and support to clients in their homes or community settings.
