Little Feet Early Learning & Childcare in Double Bay, NSW, is hiring a Full-time Nursery Co-Educator for our 52-place centre. You’ll work in the dedicated Nursery with a small team of Diploma-qualified educators, supporting early learning and development from infancy to toddler transitions.

The role starts in 2027, with a 38-hour week across four long days, and a strong emphasis on safety, inclusion and ongoing professional development. Must have Cert 3 or Diploma and WWCC.

Qualifications

• Cert 3 or Diploma in early education (or currently pursuing).
• CPR & First Aid certificate.
• Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Co-educate in Nursery with Diploma-qualified team.
• Support infant/toddler learning in a dedicated nursery space.
• Participate in daily routines and safe supervision.

The Little Feet ELC Double Bay team is growing!

Our 52-place centre is spread across three classrooms (Nursery, Toddler and Preschool), we celebrated our 2nd birthday this year and look forward to welcoming someone new to our team.

We have a beautiful 12 place Nurserywith a separate cot room. It has sliding doors opening to an undercover (light filled and airy) playground. This yard is only for our Nursery children, and you’ll instantly feel welcomein this ground floor classroom. You will be working alongside three Diploma Qualified Educators who have been in our Nursery since we opened.

Position

Fulltime Co- Educator in our Nursery room, 2027 (Jan 4th start, position straight into Nursery, Oct/Nov start, float position to get to know centre team/children, FT Nursery from Jan.

Hours

4 long days - 38-hour week, Weekly RDO (either Tuesday ,Thursday or Friday)

MUST be able to work Full-time hours, no VISA restrictions.

Centre times

Centre opens from 7.10am, closes 5.50pm. Shift will likely be 7.45am - 5.45pm, 4 days.

We are looking for an Educator with experience in an early learning centre, preferably with under 2's.We are not currently seeking Educators studying their ECT degree or Educators who hold and ECT, Graduate Diploma.
