Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for our South Coogee facility, NSW. The role covers overnight shifts across the week, including alternating rosters. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, and collaborate with registered staff on care planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in an aged care facility.
• Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of care and support services.
• Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including showering.
• Support residents with meals.
• Contribute to care planning with registered staff.
• Document care and services provided to residents.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities.
