Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is seeking an organised and proactive Merchandising Coordinator to join our Head Office team. Working closely with the Head of Merchandising, you will help maintain consistent merchandising standards across our national store network.

This hands-on role suits someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving and delivering results. You will collaborate with Store Managers, Area Managers and internal teams to monitor activities, coordinate projects and ensure actions are

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Experience in retail merchandising or store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store presentation, signage, ticketing and merchandising compliance.
• Coordinate and track in-store promotions and displays across the network.
• Monitor planogram implementation and store layouts.
• Coordinate fixture requirements and recordkeeping.
• Track action plans, deadlines and follow up tasks.
• Maintain records and provide progress reports to leadership.
