Job summary

Two Creeks Beef in Wyong, NSW is seeking skilled butchers for full‑time roles across boning, trimming, slicing, mince, sausages and packaging operations. You will work with bandsaws and mincers to break down carcasses, ensure proper labeling and safe storage, and maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications or substantial experience as a qualified butcher.
• Experience in meat cutting and preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate butchery equipment safely.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Breaking down carcasses and primals into retail cuts per requirements.
• Storing, packaging and labelling meat products correctly.
• Operating and maintaining bandsaw, mincer, vac filler and packer.
• Following health and safety procedures and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with stock rotation, inventory and waste management.
• Collaborating with team to meet production targets.
