Hungry Jack’s Beaudesert in Queensland is seeking a dynamic trainer, coach and mentor to lead crew members and bring our Guest Obsessed and People Power culture to life.

You will train and supervise shifts, ensure safety and operational standards, drive exceptional service and suggestive selling, and participate in national qualifications and career progression.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.

Your responsibilities will include:
