Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator for Valley View in a full-time capacity to enhance resident wellbeing through engaging activities and personalized lifestyle plans. You will build genuine relationships with residents and families, create meaningful programs, and coordinate group activities to support social, emotional, and spiritual fulfilment.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in building genuine relationships with residents and families.
• Ability to create and implement engaging programs addressing social, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Ability to coordinate group activities inside and outside of the home.

• Set lifestyle goals for the residents and implement programs to help them achieve these.
