Latrobe Regional Health invites applications for a Grade 1 Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team in Gippsland. The role provides high-quality physiotherapy across inpatient, outpatient and community settings with four-month rotations and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent and current AHPRA registration.
• Strong foundation in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services across designated clinical areas.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centred care plans.
• Participate in rotational and weekend services to support inpatient and clinical settings.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress and discharge planning with patients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records per standards.
• Contribute to education, professional development and quality improvement activities.
