Job summary

Feel Good Events in Ferntree Gully, Melbourne, is seeking a hands-on Event Hire Warehouse & Setup Assistant to join our team full time. The role is primarily warehouse-based with varied days assisting with event setups, deliveries and pack downs across weddings, private parties and corporate events.

You will be physically active, work with our manager and events team, and have opportunities to help install and break down at venues around Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift/move event equipment safely.
• Reliable, punctual and detail‑focused.
• Organised and able to track equipment.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, changing event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for upcoming events and check against lists.
• Clean and prepare furniture, décor and hire equipment.
• Test lighting and other electrical equipment.
• Pack, load and unload equipment for transport.
• Help set up venues and assist with installations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and stocktakes.
