Job summary

Supagas in Brisbane (Loganholme) is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage a high volume of calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with start times between 6am and 9am.

You will support Operations and Sales, assist with web chat, and help convert inquiries into branch sales while delivering exceptional service. A pre-employment medical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our Brisbane office in Loganholme. This is an ongoing full time position, working weekdays Monday to Friday. The candidate must be flexible with start times ranging from 6am to 9am.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, processing orders, and addressing customer inquiries.
