Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team. The role suits a professional with experience across cuisines, delivering high-quality, modern food in an energetic, family-like environment.

Candidate must have at least 2 years in a professional kitchen, able to work 5 days of a 7-day operation, and hold relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.

• Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices.
• Availability for rotating roster across Mon to Sun.
• Job will require approx. 38 hrs per week.
