Guzman y Gomez in Victoria is seeking a full-time cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will follow the GYG recipe guide, prep fresh ingredients, and craft authentic Mexican dishes for guests.

We value reliability and teamwork, offer flexible rosters, uniform provisions, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the Hola Central or Franchise teams. Formación

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment.
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of food safety concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Follow the GYG recipe guide and work with fresh ingredients to create quality dishes.
• Deliver consistent meal quality for both new and loyal guests.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
