Guzman y Gomez in Melbourne is seeking a Cook to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll follow the GYG recipe guide, work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours to deliver quality meals for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment.
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to GYG recipes.
• Work with fresh ingredients to deliver quality meals for guests.
