Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Cook to be at the heart of our mission to serve authentic Mexican flavours in Melbourne. Following the GYG recipe guide, you will work with fresh ingredients to deliver quality dishes for our guests.

We offer full-time or casual roles with flexible availability. Shifts can start as early as 5am and finish late. Benefits include fair pay, flexible rosters, free uniforms, meal discounts, training, and clear pathways into leadership roles.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment.

We are looking for cooks on either a full time or casual basis with flexible availability. Shifts can be anywhere from 5am onwards, and may finish at 1:30am.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Good understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
