Job summary

Third Wave BBQ on the Gold Coast is hiring a Full Time Chef to join the opening crew at Surfers Paradise venue. You’ll help launch our smokey menu with slow-smoked meats, bold flavours, and big portions.

Expect day, evening, or weekend shifts, comprehensive training, and a fast-paced, energetic kitchen culture. Sponsorship is available for eligible Australian residents with at least 5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in bustling settings.
• Role based at Surfers Paradise Gold Coast venue.
• Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates living in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to brand standards in a high-volume kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and food safety throughout shifts.
• Work day, evening, or weekend shifts as required.
