Job summary

Elles Belles Early Learning is seeking passionate Certificate III Early Childhood Educators to join our Cheltenham or Ormond campuses in Victoria. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) offering the chance to contribute to high-quality, inclusive early learning and care.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver play-based programs that support children's development, wellbeing, and family engagement, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified, working towards, or near-completion of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to child development and learning

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play-based activities.
• Create safe, welcoming and inclusive environments.
• Build relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and social skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Assist with learning spaces setup and centre operations.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and wellbeing.
