Job summary

MindChamps Early Learning & PreSchool is seeking a dedicated Certificate III Educator to join our Kemps Creek NSW centre. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for early learners.

You will plan age-appropriate activities based on the EYLF, build strong relationships with children and families, and work collaboratively with the team to support holistic development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (NSW recognised)
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for NSW
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Passion for early childhood education and genuine care for children's wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children in a safe, inclusive environment that promotes development
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities based on EYLF
• Build positive relationships with children and families, communicating progress and wellbeing
• Monitor health, safety and wellbeing, respond to concerns promptly
• Maintain observations and documentation of children's development and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to create cohesive care and education
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe learning environment
• Support children's independence and self-care skills
• Respond to individual needs, including those requiring additional support
• Participate in professional development and training to enhance skills
