Job summary

Montgomery Park Children’s Centre in Melbourne seeks a passionate Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator for a secure permanent full-time role within a supportive professional team.

You will deliver high-quality, play-based learning, build strong relationships with children and families, and document learning for curriculum planning while adhering to the Child Safe Standards and NQF frameworks.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent as required by legislation
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and the National Quality Framework
• Passion for early learning and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a room team
• Working With Children Check and Anaphylaxis/Emergency Asthma certificates desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs tailored to children’s needs
• Create warm, intentional interactions to support learning and wellbeing
• Follow Child Safe Standards, NQF and approved curricula
