Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is seeking cooks in Victoria, Australia. You will work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, following the GYG recipe guide to deliver quality creations for our guests.

We are looking for cooks on either a full time or casual basis with flexible availability. Shifts can be anywhere from 5am onwards, and may finish at 1:30am.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Good understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
