Job summary

62Thirty Cafe & Bar in Bunbury is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team on a full-time basis. You will prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages to customers in a busy cafe and bar environment.

You will work alongside the wider team to keep service running smoothly and ensure every customer has a great experience. This role suits someone who takes pride in their craft and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, with rostered shifts including

Qualifications

1–2 years barista experience in a high-volume cafe environment.
Ability to prepare a range of espresso-based beverages and operate commercial coffee machines.
Knowledge of coffee grinding, milk texturing and beverage presentation.

Responsibilities

Prepare, serve and sell a variety of coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks.
Operate espresso machines and grinders to ensure consistent quality.
Take orders, suggest menu items and provide friendly customer service.
Process payments at the POS and handle transactions accurately.
Replenish supplies and maintain hygiene in service areas.
Maintain equipment and assist with daily cafe operations.
