Job summary

Respect Group at Coroneagh Park in Penguin, TAS, is seeking a full-time Social Care Coordinator to plan and deliver social care and lifestyle activities for residents. You will coordinate programs that keep residents active, connected and engaged, working closely with the wider care team.

The role focuses on promoting wellbeing, independence and quality of life, with a collaborative, supportive workplace and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications

• Relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV in aged care, leisure or lifestyle.
• Experience in aged care or lifestyle activities is highly regarded.
• Genuine interest in supporting resident wellbeing and engagement.
