Job summary

Kathmandu is seeking a Full Time Manager in Training (3IC) at Homebush to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll step up on the shop floor, engage with customers, and set the service tone while preparing for future leadership roles.

You’ll develop strong product knowledge, coaching skills, and operational discipline as you progress along a defined leadership pathway within the stores network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team on the shop floor.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and problem solving.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Interest in progressing into store leadership roles.
