Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Full Stack Solutions Developer to join a Federal Government digital delivery team in Canberra. You will design, build and enhance modern digital services using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, .NET and React, supporting efficient government operations.

Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to APIs, cloud services, automated deployments, and Agile ceremonies while ensuring security clearances are maintained.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Dataverse.
• RESTful API development with .NET.
• Azure Function Apps for Dataverse extensions.
• Frontend skills with ReactJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development and modern practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery, estimation and ceremonies.
• Code reviews and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Current Baseline security clearance is mandatory.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Solutions Developer to join a Federal Government digital delivery team, contributing to the development and enhancement of modern digital services.

Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of developers, business analysts, quality assurance specialists and delivery professionals, you will play a key role in designing, building and improving digital solutions that streamline business processes, enhance user experiences and support service delivery.

This is an opportunity to work across a contemporary Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, .NET, React and Azure, delivering practical, scalable solutions that make a meaningful difference to government operations.

Key Duties

• Design, develop and enhance full stack applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Dataverse, .NET and React.


• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET to support system integration and digital services.


• Extend Microsoft Dataverse solutions using Azure Function Apps.


• Build responsive single-page applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.


• Contribute to automated build, testing and deployment processes to support reliable software delivery.


• Participate in Agile delivery activities, including requirements analysis, user story estimation and sprint ceremonies.


• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with user requirements.


• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities to maintain high development standards.

Skills And Experience Required

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience across the following technologies and capabilities:

• Strong hands-on experience developing model-driven applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Dataverse.


• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET.


• Experience extending Dataverse solutions through Azure Function Apps.


• Strong front-end development skills using ReactJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.


• Sound understanding of full stack software development principles and modern development practices.


• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including estimation, planning and Agile ceremonies.


• Experience contributing to code reviews and collaborating within multidisciplinary development teams.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.


• Current Baseline security clearance is mandatory.

Desirable Skills And Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Pipelines and CI/CD automation.


• Knowledge of GraphQL and other Microsoft Azure technologies.


• Tertiary qualifications in software development, software engineering or a related discipline.


• Relevant industry certifications.
