Job summary

Lite n' Easy is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to help scale our e-commerce, logistics and customer engagement platforms. You’ll work across the full stack with C#, .NET Core, React and Azure, collaborating with product managers, UX designers and fellow developers to deliver robust, user‑focused software.

Responsibilities include designing, developing and deploying scalable apps; building RESTful APIs and microservices on Azure; maintaining CI/CD pipelines, code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Full Stack Development using C#, .NET Core, React and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and frontend performance optimisation.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD development environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Development Team Leader, you'll be involved in building scalable solutions that support our e-commerce, logistics and customer engagement systems. This is a hands-on Ful Stack Developer role where you'll work across the full technology stack, creating cloud-native applications using C#, .NET Core, React and Azure. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX designers and fellow developers to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy scalable applications using C#, .NET Core and React.
• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services and modern architecture principles.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices and SQL-based applications.
• Champion clean coding standards, CI/CD practices and software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomes.
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot) to enhance productivity

About You

• 3-5 years' experience in Full Stack Development using C#, .NET Core, React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, state management frameworks and frontend performance optimisation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD development environments.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, DevOps practices and application monitoring tools.
• Growth mindset with enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within agile teams.
