Job summary

LEAP Legal Software in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of our vertical teams. You’ll translate ideas into functional web applications with LEAP Dev, owning builds end-to-end and influencing architecture decisions early.

You’ll work with product owners, client operations, and engineers to design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend services. Expect a role that blends modern React frontend work with server-side programming and cloud opportunities,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using modern web technologies, particularly React.
• Experience with backend languages and databases, and cloud environments (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas into web applications.
• Build and maintain frontend and backend APIs and services.
• Ensure scalability to handle large data and user volumes.
• Implement secure customer authentication.
• Evolve development, deployment, and delivery processes.
• Refactor and debug code across the stack.
