Job summary

MVSI is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the MVSI OnBoard platform. You will participate in full-stack design, development, testing, and deployment within a collaborative team across product and UX.

You’ll work with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and modern cloud environments to deliver secure, scalable AML/KYC compliant solutions for global customers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, and continuous learning is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 5 years of experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Proven experience with Node.js/NestJS and MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS environments, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software security principles.
• Experience in Fintech or Regtech is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Research, consult, and evaluate technical requirements to design scalable software architecture.
• Write clean, testable full-stack code (React/Node.js) with quality standards.
• Design, develop, and implement secure integrations with APIs and data services.
• Create and execute unit and integration tests for reliability before deployment.
• Implement security, access controls, and data privacy for AML/KYC data.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimise database queries (MongoDB) and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineers; document technical specs.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
