Job summary

FinXL by Randstad Digital seeks a Full Stack Developer to drive architectural uplift, build wealth calculation engines and modernise legacy platforms into a scalable, cloud-native ecosystem.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, mentor engineers and implement robust APIs within a microservices architecture.

Qualifications

• Full Stack Engineer with architecture experience.
• Experience in Java, React, MongoDB and JBoss.
• Experience using AI productivity tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Experience in Financial Advice, Wealth Management - Superannuation-Insurance or BFSI.
• Experience in XPLAN, Endeavour or Midwinter.
• Experience designing & developing robust back-end services and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Experience integrating APIs and working within microservices architectures.
• Experience mentoring mid-level engineers.

Responsibilities
