Job summary

Stanford Innovations is building an AI-powered operating system for professional services in Australia. We hire Software Engineers across junior to lead levels to join a fast-moving team, delivering a secure, integrated platform on AWS, GCP, and Azure.

You will work across React frontends, PHP/Node backends, Python tooling, and TypeScript, shaping architecture and driving reliability in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Database design and optimisation across SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record shipping reliable software under pressure.
• Degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent ability.
• Senior/Lead: ownership of a production platform end to end and guiding others.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into designs and technical specifications.
• Write and maintain code to specifications and quality standards.
• Test, debug, diagnose and fix faults per testing protocols.
• Identify limits and weaknesses in existing systems and fix them.
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Build and run automated testing and deployment.
• Read operational metrics to improve platform speed and reliability.
• Spot and reduce risks to performance and security.
