We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team building modern, scalable products that make a real impact.

Base pay range

A$115,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering full-stack web applications that are secure, performant and built for scale.
• Building clean, intuitive frontend experiences using modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.
• Developing backend services and APIs using Python (Django/FastAPI) or comparable frameworks.
• Designing, maintaining, and optimising relational database structures (primarily PostgreSQL).
• Using AI development tools to accelerate coding, documentation, testing, and workflow efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of commercial engineering experience building production‑grade software.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, OpenAI assistants, etc.)
• Experience on the Backend using Python
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database management with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or similar containerisation tools.

Melbourne-based role | Hybrid | 3 days per week in the office.

$116,000 – $130,000 + Super
