Role Overview

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge software solutions on modern, cloud‑based platforms, ensuring high quality and architectural standards.
• Manage Agile delivery by owning project priorities, deadlines, and the team's contribution to the broader roadmap.
• Collaborate and innovate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, sharing expertise and best practices to drive product success.
• Operate as a "manager of one" – proactively driving outcomes, setting goals, and delivering high‑quality software autonomously.

What You'll Ideally Have

• Proven full‑stack development experience across C# & .NET, EF Core, and a modern web UI (e.g., React/TypeScript).
• A deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns to deliver efficient, maintainable code in an Agile environment.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and setting up automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps).
