Job summary

MuraConnect is partnering with a leading government organisation responsible for Queensland's transport to identify an experienced Full Stack Developer to support the delivery of modern, cloud-native applications. This contract opportunity runs through July 2027 with potential extension, and involves work across front-end, back-end and cloud infrastructure using React, TypeScript, Python and AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in AWS cloud development.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript and modern CSS.
• Experience developing Python backend services, RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS and DynamoDB.
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture, event-driven integrations and cloud security.
• Experience with AWS CDK, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and OpenAPI.
• Strong testing and problem-solving skills.

The Role
