JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Fulfilment Service Coordinator for the peak trade period. The role supports end-to-end fulfilment for bulky parcelised goods and last-mile activities, coordinating with multiple departments across JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys.

It operates on a rotating roster during the Christmas peak, with hours 8am–10pm, seven days a week. You will work in a fast-paced supply chain environment, focusing on accurate delivery timing and exceptional customer service, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, with exposure to customer service, online or last mile-related activities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Be flexible to work across a 7 day a week roster with rosters assigned between 8am-10pm.

Responsabilités

• Provide Last-Mile Delivery Support.
• Provide bulky delivery support, including managing delivery addresses and delivery dates.
• Respond to delivery enquiries and proactively contact customers to reschedule failed deliveries.
• Provide last mile parcelised delivery support, including delivery cap and lead times management.

In this dynamic and central Supply Chain role, you will collaborate with multiple departments across JB Hi Fi and The Good Guys and support the end-to-end fulfilment for bulky parcelised goods. As the Fulfilment Service Coordinator, you will work in the Fulfilment Service team to ensure every customer receives the right product, at the right time, in the right way. This role will focus on taking a centralised view of fulfilment and influence high standards of execution across the Supply Chain network.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing Last-Mile Delivery Support
• Providinglast-mile Bulky delivery support, through:
  • Managing delivery address and delivery date exceptions;
  • Responding to delivery enquiries; and
  • Proactively contacting customers to reschedule failed bulky deliveries.
• Providinglast mile parcelised delivery support, including delivery cap and lead times management.

Please note this role is for our Peak Trade period, starting Mid October to the end of January, and operates on a rotating roster between the hours 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
