Job summary

Lowes Petroleum is hiring a Linehaul Driver for our Newcastle Depot. You will deliver fuels to customers across New South Wales, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

We provide comprehensive training, HSSE support, and guaranteed hours with overtime. This permanent, full-time role offers PPE and uniforms, with opportunities to work linehaul routes in regional locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional driver with B Double combinations.
• Excellent driving history - Traffic history report required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid MC licence, SLP licence and DG licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Loading, transportation and delivery of fuels to various customers in New South Wales.
• Ensure safety and compliance at all times.
• Perform daily pre-starts on vehicles and equipment.
• Manage fatigue and perform log book duties.

Join our dedicated team! We have a Linehaul Driverposition available at our Newcastle Depot.

Fuel industry experience is valuable however Lowes Petroleum encourages experienced drivers with minimal dangerous goods or fuel industry experience to apply. Our team of driver trainers provide an exceptional training program enabling drivers to develop their skills and abilities

Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of fuel to various customers within the Newcastle & Hunterregion.
