Sunnyside House is a friendly, home-like 40-bed residential aged care service in Camperdown, Victoria. We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver nursing and personal care across 24/7, reporting to our Care Manager.

You will provide holistic, person-centred care in line with resident care plans. Your role includes medications, wound care, assessments and monitoring, plus clinical guidance for staff and effective communication with residents and families.

Formación

• AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse is essential.
• Medication competency is required.
• Full working rights in Australia preferred.
• Experience in aged care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Empathy, reliability and genuine caring for older people.
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

Sunnyside House is a friendly, home-like 40-bed residential Aged Care service set in the picturesque surroundings of Camperdown, Victoria. Residents are cared for by a committed, professional team striving to deliver an envied quality of life for our residents.

We have a position vacant, working across 24/7. Reporting to our Care Manager, we are looking for a passionate and reliable EN to ensure the highest possible standards of nursing and personal care are provided to all of our residents.

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering holistic and person-centred care in line with resident care plans
• Medications, wound care, assessments, and general monitoring of resident health
• Providing clinical guidance and support to care staff
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards and legislation

About You:

• AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential)
• Full working rights in Australia is preferred
• Must have Medication competency
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for caring for older people
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
