Nexia Aged Care in Footscray, VIC is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for casual shifts across morning, afternoon and night. You will deliver safe nursing care, administer medications, monitor health and support daily resident needs within a supportive clinical team.

You will collaborate with Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants and GPs to ensure high-quality, compassionate care, respecting residents' preferences and cultural needs. Ongoing learning and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Qualifications and authorisations to administer medications within your scope of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience as an Enrolled Nurse in residential aged care.
• Sound clinical assessment, medication management and documentation skills.
• Ability to recognise and promptly elevate changes in residents' clinical conditions.
• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.
• Additional language skills in Vietnamesen, Mandarin, Cantonese or Filipino or Tagalog would be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

About the role

Enrolled Nurses are an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working alongside Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants and allied health professionals to deliver a high standard of clinical care that supports residents' individual needs, dignity and wellbeing.

You’ll provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents' health and support their daily care needs. You’ll also build meaningful relationships with residents and families, understand their individual preferences and provide care with kindness, compassion and respect.

We have casual opportunities available across morning, afternoon and night shifts, working within a supportive and experienced clinical team.

Key responsibilities

About you
