Australian Unity’s Constitution Hill Aged Care in NSW is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the clinical team. You’ll work with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will provide safe, person-centred nursing, monitor health changes, administer medications, and maintain documentation. The role offers casual positions with AM/PM/night shifts and access to wellbeing leave.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Desirable: 2+ years’ experience in Aged Care.
• Commitment to person-centred, high-quality aged care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Administer medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements.

The Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, person-centred and compliant nursing care
• Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
• Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes

About You

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Passion for delivering quality aged care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
