Job summary

Monash Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking compassionate Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our clinical team on a casual basis. You will work with Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Aged Care, including dementia support.
• Knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Experience in wound care management and medication administration.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred, culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-focused care under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of individualised care plans.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN).
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse in Residential Aged Care, including high-care and dementia support.
• Knowledge of clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Experience in wound care management and medication administration.
• Understanding of dementia care and behaviour support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check.
• Evidence of vaccinations in accordance with current aged care and organisational requirements.
