Job summary

DECJUBA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Doncaster store in Melbourne. The role is hands-on, focuses on leading the DREAMTEAM, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales and store performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to coach team members, manage daily operations, and uphold DECJUBA’s growth-focused culture. This is a great opportunity to contribute to an Australian-owned brand currently expanding its footprint.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills within retail.
• Experience in managing a store floor and driving sales through excellent service.
• Strong visual merchandising and in-store presentation abilities.
